1. Who we are
Cryptoallert is a service of Latour e-commerce, Zuidlaarderbrink 50, 7812 GG Emmen, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 56938365 ("we"). These terms apply to all use of cryptoallert.com and app.cryptoallert.com.
2. The service
Cryptoallert is software with live Bitvavo prices, alerts on fast price moves, news and a paper-trading mode in which rules or AI deciders trade with play money against real prices.
Cryptoallert does not give investment advice, does not sell or hold crypto and does not place orders on your account. Paper-trading results are no guarantee for the future. What you do with the information is your own decision and at your own risk. Trading crypto can cost you your entire stake.
3. Your account
You must be 18 or older. Enter correct details and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens with your account. If you suspect misuse, email us right away.
4. Trial week and subscription
The first 7 days are free. When you sign up you authorise automatic payment through our payment provider Mollie. If you do not cancel during the trial week, your subscription then starts automatically at the price you chose: €5 per month or €50 per year, including VAT. If you cancel during the trial week, you pay nothing.
The amount is charged in advance at the start of each period.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in your account on app.cryptoallert.com or by emailing [email protected].
- Monthly plan: ends at the end of the current month.
- Yearly plan: the first year runs until its end. After that the subscription continues indefinitely and you can cancel at any time with one month’s notice; any amount paid in advance for the period after that is refunded pro rata.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of signing up without giving a reason. The first 7 days are free. If you withdraw after the first payment but within those 14 days, we refund the amount paid minus a proportional part for the days you already used the service. When signing up you asked us to start right away.
7. Your own keys
You can connect your own key from an AI provider. That provider’s costs are yours and are charged by them directly. We store keys encrypted and use them only to run your paper trading. Set a spending limit with the provider yourself.
8. Availability and third-party data
We do our best to keep Cryptoallert working well and without interruption, but cannot guarantee this. Prices and news come from third parties (such as Bitvavo and news sites) and may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. We may improve and change the service.
9. Liability
We are not liable for losses or missed profits caused by decisions you make based on Cryptoallert, or by outages or incorrect third-party data. If we are liable after all, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. This does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence on our part.
10. Use
Do not use Cryptoallert to disrupt the service, bypass security or scrape data at scale. In case of misuse we may block your account.
11. Changes
If we change these terms or the price, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel free of charge before the change takes effect.
12. Complaints and law
Email complaints to [email protected]; we reply within 14 days. Dutch law applies. As a consumer you may also bring a dispute before the court of your own place of residence.
